I earned my B.A. as a double major in Psychology and Marine Biology at Rollins College in Florida. I then enrolled in the Social Psychology Ph.D. program at Rutgers University where I completed my M.S. and Ph.D.

I will begin my role of Assistant Professor at St. Mary's College of Maryland in Fall 2019.

In addition to my passions for both research and teaching, I care a whole lot about my dog, Bowser, and my rat, Milo. I enjoy spending time outdoors and swim towards sharks, not away from them.
